Economically speaking, Sedona is a booming tourist town, with Sedona Center shops in the middle of the "Uptown Sedona experience". In general, Sedona shoppers are 35 to 85 years-old. Seventy-four percent of Sedona visitors are tourists, and 26% are local residents. With respect to average income, 60% earn from $30,000 to $95,000 per year, while 40% earn $100,000 or more. Nearly 50% of Sedona's domestic visitors come from California, Arizona or Illinois. There is also a large number of visitors from New York, Texas, Florida, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Minnesota and Ohio. Nearly 53% of our international visitors are from the United Kingdom, Europe and Scandinavia, and more than 36% are from Canada.
